How to get high torque for AC drive in low frequency

We got a 5HP AC drive from yours.

We would like to get situation that from 1Hz we have high torque on the shaft. At this moment we can set this high torque from 3.01 Hz… (P0.19=30%) is it possible to get it from lower frequency?

Now, if the frequency is below 3Hz we can grab the shaft by hand and hold it or rotate in other direction. In case of setting sensorless vector mode in other inverters we can't do it.

Try to set AC drive parameters P0.19 around 3

Decrease P2.06 value as you need.

1. P.019 – if it is 30 then from 3.01 Hz we have big torque on the shaft. When it is lower frequency then we can catch the shaft and stop it. So there is no big torque.

2. P2.06 – it is manual: Change: “X”, should we change it? Even if yes the motor is still without torque at low speed.

What we ant to get is Max. Torque at low at possible speed.

Now, if in AC drive is possible to use sensorless vector mode then the torque should be high with very low speed. (even from 0.5 Hz). U/f and sensorless vector mode is on 6000 series. Now, I can’t find it. There is only U/f. where is sensorless vector then?

Change the parameter P2.06 to smaller value when the inverter stop, "X" means you can't change the parameter when the inverter in running mode.
