Allen Bradley VFD power flex 4M for frequency and RPM linearity?

is there any parameter in Allen Bradley VFD power flex 4M for frequency and RPM linearity? i m not able to get linear output. when i m increasing frequency from 50 to 100 i got BPM(Bottle per Minute) is 26 to 40
and when from 100 to 150 i got BPM 40 to 50.
