Parker makes the Advanced Cooled inverters called 890PX, which take advantage of the Latent Heat of evaporation and micro channel heat sinks to cool the IGBTs. The refrigerant is none conductive, none toxic, and works at low pressure. The cooling system is designed to keep the IGBTs at constant and uniform temperature. Drive is built in modular format for ease of onsite repair. They are built in Charlotte NC. For more information you can check out the 890PX AC drives on Parker SSD site: www.parker.com/ssdus
